[cobalt-users] Setting up .htaccess files

I wish to protect a directory on a Cobalt webserver with a username and
password.  I've tried numerous methods from .htaccess tutorials on the web
and havent been able to get them to work.  eg. they ask for the username and
password, but when entered incorrectly simply hitting back on the browser
displays the protected page.
