    Although they are seldom used, I have had an IRC setup for cobalt
chats for some time now.

Just select a channel, or make one of your own , and press connect ( in
a Java Enabled Browser )
This is setup using a free Apirc Applet and ircd .... and as far as I
know should be no problem to setup on any Raq1 to Raq3 ....

Or simply connect to yourinet.com:6667 with your favorite IRC client ...

Any suggestions concerning security in a situation like this are greatly
appreciated ...
