Thanks Dan, and you assume correctly that US Domain has only
http://springville.fortuna.ca.us pointed towards my nameservers. It is being
set up as a name-based site on the same IP as http://www.springville.com.

These domains are delegated for free use by anyone and the naming method is
owner.city.state.country. They're ideal for email traffic; the Postal
Service missed out on this.
