Hi Everyone,
First, I am one of those illiterate folks who bought the Raq
because of its ease of deployment = ) Now I am utterly frustrated with
Cobalt!
First about 2 years ago I purchased a Raq1 and it since died
after 12 months and had nothing but problems. After the nice long waiting period
for support I emailed Stephen DeWitte the president and he had me ship it back
and fixed (New Hard Drive) within 24 hours. Great but I had to wait three
weeks...for support to respond.
Now my problem....The second Raq1 I purchased from them which
is now about 12 months old has a similar problem...
Intermittent Web - up and down
Intermittent Email - up and down
Intermittent Telnet - Only up for a few seconds after
reboot.
Anyone know what this is?
My question is can I restore this without sending it back to
Cobalt again...At this point I have been waiting another 4 days for a
callback...This side of purchasing a different brand what can I do to fix it
while I find a better solution?
