I am so behind in work.... if you want to make archives like the
cobaltusers.com archive I think thats great but you do need to listen to the
people that will write about having something removed and you will need to
do that on a regular basis... thats where you start taking a risk... I had
the archive up for a while and it's a bad story.... people do call and they
do write and they do have lawyers and they might not be right but they have
the money to make their lawyers work enough to make you wish you never did
it... I wish I never did it.... I wish I never did it... i wish I never
did it....
for example...
Lets say somebody said... "Bob... You don't know jack"
Bob who could never sue sun or even cobalt might look at you the guy that
just got done with some problems and think you might be easy prey... and
you are.. you aren't sun... you can be sued to remove the content and
perhaps required to pay damages... now.. they might not win in court...
but.. you have to goto court.. you have to live with the shit... and all
because you wanted to do a good thing... ... i did.
Now.. as i recall your in a diffrent country.. that means people that
couldn't go after anyone else can go after you .... :) more fun huh?
i want as many site with my bad sig as possible but at the same time as
someone that did it... i don't think it's something you want to do
anymore... A long time ago.. ok..
