Somehing appears to have corrupted my MySQL passowrds, and therefore
getting access denied messages.

Tried following instructions on RaqFAQ, and MySQL websites. Can't get
into MySQl. Any suggestions as to best practice.

Easy instructions at the above link. If you follow each step, line by
line, and DO NOT skip over any, it will work just fine for you!

Thanks guys, sorted.

No idea why it happened though...b

Now to review the backup policy! (I use raqbackup but not really sure it does what I need, to include all sites, plus MySQL plus mailman installation, and the knowledge that I could restore to another server. Any one able to suggest a rock solid system?)

Thanks again

Tim
