There's really not much managing in reality. The lists are up and operational 
(thanks Ryan and Jeff), and anyone can sign up and post to them.  The only 
"managing" I can see being needed is setting up a List Posting FAQ and/or 
guidelines on what type(s) of posts will be [dis]allowed.  And I certainly 
will not do that unilaterally...

I'm "heading" the move to help keep some people from feeling there is a 
commercial interest "in charge" of the list that would somehow keep 
"competitors" from posting/being heard.

AFAIK there are no charges for this list of any kind. Ryan is hosting them on 
his server to help out the community.

No need to pay me for anything related to these lists. I will happily accept 
payment, however, if you want to contact me offlist and discuss some sort of 
contract work/administration/etc. :)
