[cobalt-users] Use of cmuImport to overwrite existing Import? Proper DR strategy ?

Anyone have much experience with cmuImport?

I cmuExport(ed) Raq1, then cmuImport(ed) to Raq2.  That went fine.

About a week later, I perfomed a new cmuExport of Raq1, but when I went to
cmuImport to Raq2 to 'freshen' the content, I received several errors
(duplicate sites, duplicate users, etc).  With options like Overwirte,
Merge, Delete.
Not a whole lot of explanation in Sun's supplied documentation, and what
exactly do the options do?

What is the best method to freshen an import?  I have a large number of
sites on the Raq, and would rather not have to manually choose, and babysit
the import, as it takes considerable time to complete.

Any have additional thoughts on Disaster Recovery, and proper backup of the
Raq and all required data?
