wildmail.circlesytemsinc.com does not resolve.

I wouldn't recommend pointing your MX to a charter.com IP. If you tried
to send me mail from 68.117.108.42 it would be rejected because it
resolves to charter.com. You should probably smarthost via Charter's
valid SMTP servers.

I haven't looked at Charter's AUP, but most cable ISPs prohibit servers.
