Since you snipped and then replied, I'm not sure of your point. My
point was that since Michael has authorized me to sell his products I
have learned a bit about them and can offer support on them if/when for
some reason Michael cannot be reached. I can also reach him, often
immediately, when others can't.

Are you saying that once a small company becomes too big to service all
it's customers it should either hire staff or stop growing? Are you
saying that everyone who wants to buy a product should buy it from the
same place?

SolarSpeed has decided to have resellers. We've decided to be one of
his resellers. In this case it's the dealing with the end-customer so
SolarSpeed can spend more time on installations and new product
development that's become the value-added. In our case we also accept
alternate forms of payment besides credit card, which is also
value-added. Having a dealer in the U.S. who will answer the phone
24/7 and work immediately with the client is a value-added for most of
our clients, as well.

If you don't want to have resellers, that's certainly your privilege.
