You can see two sample "error messages" at
"http://www.spamblocked.net/".
In both examples it's the bottom line or lines, that you have to supply.
The rest is supplied by the server sending the message back to the
user.
Please don't copy these verbatim and send people to spamblocked.net; if
you do, they'll get a message telling them how we can unblock them, and
we obviously can't. We get ten of these spurious messages for every
one for domains on our server now, after a bout a year of telling
people about these pages.
