All mailboxes on RaQs are system users, and require entries in
/etc/passwd.
Virtusertable users that are just aliases do not, of course, require
entries in /etc/passwd.

It's not Postgresql you need to look into, but rather how the RaQ uses.
Which model RaQ are you using? There's a script you can run that'll
recreate the postresql entries from your working linux layout.
