On the RaQ3 the equivalent file is sendmail.cw.
Be sure to restart sendmail afterwards.
Or using the gui:
Control Panel | Email Server Parameters
and then check for the domain name in question in "Relay for the
following Hosts/Domains" and in "Host/Domain Aliases". Remove all
references from both.
