Then you don't need to worry about it.  Just to be "proper" RaQ 'users' you'd 
need to do more than just put their names into virtusertable. And if they are 
going to do anything except POP mail directly from the server without 
procmail filtering, etc., you'll need to make them a directory someplace for 
the mail to sit. And that starts messing with site quotas, etc.
