[cobalt-users] user can't send e-mails

Hi,

I just transferred some sites from one raq550 to another raq550.  After the 
transfer, one of my users is unable to send out e-mail messages.  He keeps 
getting a "relaying denied" error even though he is checking for messages 
before attempting to send them.

It seems as though he CAN send e-mails to me, but can't to anyone else.  I 
don't know why this is.  he had been using his e-mail fine for over a year 
before moving to this new server.

I put his settings into Outlook Express on my computer and was able to send 
without any problems.  I'm completely out of ideas.  Any help or ideas would 
be appreciated.  His ISP is verizon if anyone has info on them.

Oh yeah, he's using his mail.hisdomain.com as his mailservers.  I'm not sure 
if verizon will allow him to use their's as the outgoing.
