Hey 
I just got the 550 upgrade cd off ebay and it turned out to just be the 550
cd .
Which you can download and burn for free..
I tried upgrading the xtr but I got all sorts of problems.
The xtr would reboot and reboot etc etc.
I even took all the disks out whipped them clean 
And reinstalled 4 or 5 times.
It would either reboot when it said "starting Clock"
Or it would reboot when it was trying to start services and
Then it would just get stuck in a loop rebooting and rebooting over and
over.

I was able to get past it by booting from cmos 
I managed to install all the patches etc
But then everytime I did a cold start I would have to
Go in and manually set it to boot from bios 

I figured I didn't want to put a set up like that at a hosting center so I
dicided to 
Go with the standard xtr install.
