I had this problem too when I first got my RaQ4i.
Basically the PHP version installed in your RaQ550 is too far out dated to
be of much use...
You have to update it to maybe version 4.3.3 or 4.3.4.
As for MySQL get the PKG file from pkgmaster.com it will install like how
you do the updates.
( NOTE: Installing PHP files may kill your RaQ550 admin control panle so
please do the proper steps if not you will find yourself restoring your
machine over and over again.... )

As for administration, you can install phpmyadmin or use telnet to create
databases or tables.
