AW: [cobalt-users] k6-3 cpu's in raq 4?



it runs hotter than the usual k6-2's. 

from the output of the famous raqbackup script:
06:19:11 > CPU:     AMD-K6(tm)-III Processor 448.210691 MHz at 52.5 degrees

that's how i actually stumbled across the fact in the first place. i then
used nbench to verify it:

maybe someone can post the results for a "normal" k6-2 450 raq and/or an
upgraded k6-2 500 raq?

There were some late model RaQ4's that used the K6-3 CPU.
Not many though. Does it run hot? as I believe the K6-3 has 2.4V core
voltage.
