Thats the word "Spamming" and you are using that out of context... It is the
only rule I have decided on for people I will allow in my reseller
program...  and I don't think it's to much to ask to not be associated with
spammers... I'm sorry you feel this is directed towards you but it is not.
I ask you if you felt that was somthing you could live with "if you were in
the program" which you are not.

"attempted" implies "the goal was not met" which would never happen.
