I don't get the point; but if it's just for me you could certainly send
to just me and not to the list.

I will respond to most of Zeffie's post offlist. But I will respond to
those last two sentences offlist.
What I wrote is emphatically not spam. I believe I have a better
understanding of spam than you do, especially if you consider a helpful
reply (in this case to Franklin S Werren, who made the original post)
to be spam.
Show me where in the post I said anyone should buy anything from me, and
I'll change my opinion of your misunderstanding of spam.
