Oh...so did I...and I even refered on of my "problem" customers to
them...he was so demanding in comparison to the little he paid that it was
a pleasure to off load him.

Could be...but there are a tremendous number of people who don;t know
about your good services and/or can't justify paying for them...so they
will flock to the price leaders.
