We're a Plesk gold partner so I feel fairly qualified to answer <smile>.

Plesk can be as secure or as insecure as the underlying OS, since
oneandone installs it themselves; it's not an appliance. I'm not sure
if oneandone includes server updates in the UK, but their prices are
certainly right.

Plesk doesn't have a user interface (so the user can set up his own
email, forwarding, passwords, etc.) until Plesk 7.

Plesk does have a reseller level so you can set up resellers.

If you've got any questions, offline would probably be a good place to
ask since this isn't a Plesk list.

For the benefit of those who don't know, onenadone is taking the US by
storm now as well; they're German-owned, by the same company that owns
T-Mobile.
