I didn't lose any. But I did sign up for one of their free accounts so
I could see what you get for it.
What you get is an impressive but totally automated system.
We now offer our retail clients complete automation as well, but we
still offer 24/7 personal service from an account rep who knows them
and their account, and I think that's the differentiating factor
between us and the big guys.
