Why would it make a difference where a list is hosted?

Do you mean it would have more traffic if it were "officially" noted on
the Cobalt website?

Then you should try to talk the right people at Cobalt into noting it.

You could try by writing some of the Cobalt people you see here on the
list.  But I don't think they'd note as "official" a list with html and
graphic advertising on the bottom.

My offer still stands.
