[cobalt-users] Backup/Restore Help

I am trying to figure out how the backup and restore features work on the Raq3, but so far I can't figure them out. 

I have been able to backup all files on my local machine but when I go to restore I get a message saying "files were not verified but may be partially restored".  Next to each file there is an unknown error listed as well.  Does anyone know how to fix these errors, or why I'm getting them?

Also, does anyone know if there's a way to backup user and virtual host configurations on the Raq3?  Not just e-mail or files.
