Turn to the company you bought it from. If you looked for the best price,
you probably won't get support. If you bought from a company that offers
support, you might pay a little more, but you'll get the help you need.

Most of the software is open source and the documentation is out there.

It works without changes the way it was designed. If you make changes, then
don't expect them to support your changed server.

Maybe it will, maybe not. If it's based on Linux or Apache, I find that
you're always pointed to some of the sites with info on those platforms.
