I'm inclined to agree. I'm still waiting to hear back from a
technician with regards to a query that I submitted on the web site
five days ago. There is currently no UK phone support (only in the
US/Amsterdam) and there is no service level agreement on the machines.
We'd have to buy spare machines/parts if we want to fully support these
machine should (which isn't looking likely) we decide to do so.
The first evaluation machine we had died after 24 hours of being used,
as the power supply got knocked out and never managed to boot up ever
again. The turnaround time for replacing the machine was several days
longer than we expected. Again, another point deducted for Cobalt for
lack of resource planning.
