[cobalt-users] installing raw3 OS update 2.0 and extreamily poor support



I have 6 or 7 calls in on this problem to cobalt tech support with no 
answer, no e-mail... nothing. Is this normal.  Seams the only two 
times i have had an issue that required cobalt support they have been 
extremely poor or not-existent (at best).

Anyway. I have a raq3 and have two problems.

One is the known bug of having a ' in the vacation responder where 
the user stops being shown up in the GUI. How do I delete that user 
(so I can re-create it) or how do I get it back in the GUI. In one of 
the messages (eather on this  list or the developers) it says contact 
support for instructions but so far they have not responded.

Problem #2 which is more urgent is installing the OS update 2.0 
(which fixed the bug above) every time I try to install i get a error 
message saying OS update v1.0 (not a typo that is one point zero the 
previous os update) fails mdbsum check sum. (or something almost like 
that) Anyone else had this problem? anyone know of a fix? Anyone know 
how to get an answer from cobalt support???
