I agree. Cobalt support is very poor. We use tech support all the time
from companies such as IPSwitch, Cisco, Sprint, and 3Com. Cobalt is by
far the worst. Cobalt support could not help us, so we returned the Raq
for another one. Apparently, you cannot restore any backups you do with
the Raq, so we had to add all 200 web sites by hand on the new Raq. That
cost us about 80 hours (over $3000). I will admit, besides the problems
we are having, I like Linux better than NT. But does anyone know if
Cobalt will be increasing their support and doing more bug fixes? We
have a lot invested here.
