Yes that will can be right, but this file is originally in an Cobalt Raq3 (/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf). :((
This file is used for port 80.

Going out on a limb here, but load /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf up in your
favourite text editor and look at line 267.
(the one which more than likely starts perl...)
There's no apache command (that I know of) which calls perl in such a way,
so I believe this is an error and probably needs to be removed, but unless
you are sure, paste the line back to the group.
