After quite a few years, I have found that this a terrible
assumption. Despite
the fact that the Linux info at LDP (http://www.linuxdoc.org) is great,
usually fairly up to date, pretty easy to understand and available in many
different formats, I find that not many people will goto the Linux
Documentatin Project (http://www.linuxdoc.org). This is despite the fact that
you can also download most of the information and put in on your local machine
so that you can reference it. Why people to goto LDP
(http://www.linuxdoc.org)
as the first step for Linux info I don't know.
