I would suggest looking through "RedHat Linux Unleashed" by SAMS Publishing.
Includes good info about RedHat Linux (which Cobalt is heavily based on) and
also good info on commands, languages, etc.

The O'Reily Apache book is very good, and http://www.apache.org has some
good docs.
