i never got that email, i have never gotten any email from in the q ever
the only emails i got was starting the other day, when i informed you that i
sent in the paperwork and funds

Gary,
I informed you, as well as a number of other interested ISPs, via email on
Monday, 2/1/2000 that the price was increasing 2/15/00 and if you still
wanted to join the old program, to get it in before then. I guess you missed
that announcement or decided to join after you saw the new features in V1.7.
