Huh? Only new ISPs are paying the new price.
Old ISPs were given a chance to upgrade to the new plan at a discounted
price or stay on the old plan.
Not sure where you got this idea from? The originator of this tread signed
up two days ago and tried to do so on the old plan's price. He was not an
existing ISP, he was a new ISP trying to get the old price.
