This is the Discordian Calendar.
I use RedHat 6.1 and even this has ddate.
Do a man ddate for more info ....... I dunno what the hell it is all about -
some Dungeons and Dragons type stuff, but pretty cute anyway. Absolutely
useless in my opinion, anyway ....
