The DNS problem wasn't AIT (at least not all of it).

I experienced problems with DNS lately, some of it was definitely Road
Runner.  I got it taken care of after contacting Road Runner. As soon as I
got new TCP settings from Road Runner EVERYTHING was suddenly resolving
correctly.

Also a fiber optic cable was cut somewhere recently  around here that also
messed things up.

I am in Clearwater and you appear to be in Sarasota.  We probably
experienced the same  types of problems.

I use AIT reseller plans and I colocate a Raq with them.  I have not had
problems with them.
