Just my 1/50 of a buck here, but I think that instead of spreading people
thin, the should be a bit more effect into somehow getting common information
available to users. I see many of the questions of the list come from:

o Lack of understanding of UNIX/Linux.
o Lack of knowledge of Internet Protocals (TCP/IP, SMTP, DNS, etc).
o I think some people expect a bit much from people trying to help out on
their own. (This is not uncommon on list of this type).

Some this have monthly (or weekly) FaQ postings to the list to help curb
some of that. Others have pages devoted to documentation to answer
common questions. This is a fairly high traffic site, it just might be time
for people on this work together do something like this.

Like I said, just my thoughts.
