Greetings,
First, shouts go out to Jay Tingley and Liz for their help with the SSL
shared certificate solution with VH (on RaQ3's)! - THANKS!! After HOURS of
searching the archives, and trying the various tricks used in RaQ 1 & 2
systems (with no luck), I'm glad that hurdle is crossed..!! Thanks again..!
I'm also attempting to setup a system wide counter that my virtual hosts can
use on their sites. I'm installing the counter mentioned in an earlier post
(http://www.muquit.com/muquit/software/Count/Count.html), but I have a
question regarding the best (proper) place for a cgi-bin that can hold these
scripts and can also be accessed system wide by users with counters on their
pages. I just complied the program, and it's asking me to set the path of
the cgi-bin. Would this be:
/usr/cgi-bin
Or is there another location in the OS I should be setting this up to run
out of..? The counter came with a default location of
/usr/local/etc/httpd/cgi-bin, but since that directory doesn't exist, I was
wondering if the /usr/cgi-bin was the ticket..
Thanks in advance!
