Actually, it can do it... As long as you don't mind a lot of hand configuring...
I'm running a hockey list that does this kind of traffic when things happen (trades,
playoffs, etc.).
I also have it doing digests and if I ever get around to it, I might start
archiving...
I'm using Cobalt's install of Majordomo, but I set up the configs by hand...
Haven't had any problems other then having to use the backups of my config files
after I installed the majordomo patches...
Before anyone asks, I don't remember all the steps to doing it, but I did get all my
info about how to do it from www.greatcircle.com and from downloading majordomo and
reading the docs...
