I only have one RaQ2, but I have setup some dummy "placeholder" sites and
believe the following solution could work.  When you add a new site it is
named siteN where N is the lowest available # not taken by another site.  If
you had a fresh RaQ you could probably create 100 dummy sites and then the
first real site would be assigned site101.  As long as you didn't have a
site101 on the RaQ you want to back it up to it should work.  Alternately
you could probably replace all references to the site number with site
number not taken on the RaQ you want to restore to and then restore the
backup.  Try it and see.  If this works you could have RaQs that are each
assigned a distinct range of sitenames to faciliate easy restoration onto
other boxes.
