[cobalt-users] moving sites from one raq to another

Has anyone solved the issue of site consolidation across servers?  We have
tried to backup a site and then restore on another server.  This process
works great just as long as there is not another site with that #.  For
example, when moving site45 from server1 to server2, there can't be a
site45 on server2 or it will get erased.

If anyone has a solution to this problem please advise.
