If regards to your problem with the server not backing up all the server
configuration options. The Legato back should backup all files specified
even if they are in use by the system or are "filelocked". When viewing the
backup index, it should give you a "last modified" entry for the file. If
for some reason it is timing out on you and not backing up the file, it is a
problem with the OS itself prohibiting the backup from copying the data.
Check to make sure the backup PID is running as root. The only other
suggestion I can think of is to modify the filelock time out entry.

That is because the CGI times out. You may look at scheduling the backups
rather than using the webpage

Hi folks!

This is driving me mad.

I have a raq2 which will back up files and email of users,all files of a
site, but will not back up either of the "all server configuration" options
before timing out.
Since I can't operate the raq2 sensibly without the ability to back up
configurations, can any kind raq2 user offer a solution to this problem.
