Sorry I didn't mention that in my original post. Yes, the connection method
has _always_ been Dial-On-Demand.
What forces the Qube to dial? Will any old off-network-destined packet do
this? Could it be a broadcast packet from one of the two printers (HP 8000DN
and Tektronix 740P)?
