I do-not recommend editing the /etc/passwd file, because if you change
the directory from site##/user/info to /site##/web and then you or
the siteadmin deletes this user from the GUI, then the GUI will
delete the site## folder instead of /site##/users/info folder.
Just inform all of your users to change their initial remote
hosts directory in their FTP programs to ../../web
Hopefully someday Cobalt will add to their GUI some remote
directory options when creating a user ... Something like
1) users/NAME/web
2) /web/NAME
3) /FTP Only
4) Email Only
