Hi Jonathan,
Three months back, I did try this Endymion web based Email Professional version
as trial on RAQ2.
But I don't remember with or without CGIWrapper.
If you get problem, try without using CGIWrapper.
To do that in the /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
under particular VirtualHost directive
change
->AddHandler cgi-wrapper .cgi
to
->AddHandler cgi-script .cgi
[But after 30 days of installation your copy of Endymion may expire !.]
