RE: [cobalt-users] ABUSE email refused



As I think I've already said, I may be reading this a lot more strongly than other people read it.

Rather than publish my own RFC, can I just apologize <smile>?

Except, IMO, cobalt.com is not an ISP, which I think, is what that's
designed for.
