cobalt has said that they will be releasing a utility to help migrate
users/sites from a raq2 to a raq3. The only problem is, they have no idea
when it will be released.

Hi there,
we have the same Problems, but the only way to move the Sites from one
Server to the other is:

1. Tar the files
2.  Send the Tar-File with FTP to the other server
3.  detar it !

The users have to be added manualy :-(
