[cobalt-users] Why choose RAQ 3 over RAQ2?

I am considering getting a RAQ 2 or RAQ 3 for web site hosting.

1. Why would I want one over the other?
2. Can one do pop before send authentication on either?
3. Is there a web interface available for reading mail?
4. I also looked on the RAQ website for an answer to this one, but didn't
see it. What is the difference between a 3 and 3i (Intel chip?).
5. Where is the best place to buy this from?
