[cobalt-users] Problem with RaQ3-Security-2.2.pkg

After installing "RaQ3-Security-2.2.pkg" on my RaQ3i system I can't
change user properties any more.  For example, I can't change the site
administrator for a name-based virtual site.  I get a message saying

   "You do not have permission to access the
    requested file on this server."

although I am logged on as "admin".

Any suggestions?
