I'm almost sure it's in:

ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/products/raq2/SRPMS/apache-1.3.3-1C7.src.rpm

I could be wrong, but I know I had to install an RPM a long time ago to get
source. Once you've installed that RPM check in: /usr/source/redhat/SRPMS (I
think) ;-)
